Founder & CEO with extensive experience in EV charging solutions, focusing on innovative and accessible technology. Prior roles include significant management and project oversight positions within the GSA, showcasing expertise in facility operations, project management, and strategic planning across various states.

Michael Okoro

Co Founder & COO, Mike Okoro is renowned for his leadership in energy and sustainability program management, particularly during his tenure at GSA. He adeptly provided strategic direction, focusing on implementing and managing programs that significantly contributed to energy efficiency, sustainability, and the promotion of renewable energy solutions. His work emphasized innovative strategies and practical solutions in sustainability, showcasing a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and operational excellence within the GSA's diverse portfolio.

Kristyn Clayton

Kristyn Clayton, a Sr Program Manager at The Building People, excels in sustainability and high-performance building science, boasting over 5 years of experience. Her GSA role deepened her expertise in sustainable practices and lighting, as well as her time as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University teaching green engineering. Kristyn's leadership at Redhorse Corporation and Green House Effects underscored her commitment to energy management. Her educational background includes a BSEE from the University of Virginia and an MSArch from Washington State University.

William Senn

A seasoned Supervisory Project Manager with a rich history in design and construction within the GSA, William brings deep expertise in managing large-scale construction projects. His background includes roles as a Construction Manager and Assistant Superintendent, as well as military service, showcasing his leadership and project management skills.

Rami Kataya

An Electrical Engineering Program Manager with a comprehensive background in electrical design and project management. Rami's experience spans across significant engineering firms and projects, contributing to modernizing infrastructure and achieving sustainability goals. His expertise is underscored by numerous certifications and awards in the field.

John led the Guiding Principles Gap Analysis for compliance in the Southeastern U.S., demonstrating a strong commitment to reducing operational costs and ensuring adherence to federal energy policies. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Project Manager at Putnam Price Group and owned Steenson Design, showcasing a robust career dedicated to sustainable design and project management.
